As the year draws to a close, aren't we all ready to say goodbye to 2020 and start working on making 2021 much better?

As founders of our social enterprises, it's quite challenging to find the right training and resources to help us navigate through these unprecedented times. Having to make sure that we balance our social bottomline with our business bottomline can be very overwhelming and discouraging, especially when you know that you don’t have enough cash coming in.

If there is something that this pandemic has taught us, no amount of foresight and planning can really prepare us for our current situation. But we can definitely focus our energies on things we can control and take matters into our own hands.

We created this program to help founders, social entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs restart and spark better in 2021. We designed this with YOU in mind and our goal is to help you figure out which opportunities to pursue for your social enterprise and help you get started on your business strategy for 2021.

The Respark Year-End Business Review and Strategic Planning Framework

  1. REVIEW. Learn from the year that has passed. Take time to review what happened in 2020.
  2. REVISIT. Go back to your core. Revisit your company’s WHY and the COMMUNITY it aims to serve.
  3. REALITY. Know where you are at. Assess the different external factors that affect your business in this new COVID economy.
  4. RECALIBRATE. Make the needed changes. Identify opportunities and recalibrate your business to fit this new landscape.
  5. ROADMAP. Lay it out. Identify clear strategies that will produce your desired outcomes and impact for 2021.
