Birdie Salva is a design researcher with a background in qualitative research, UX design, brand management, business consulting, systems thinking, industrial design, and game design.
As the co-founder and general manager of Curiosity for the last eight years, Birdie oversees the operations of the company and provides perspective on innovation frameworks and UX strategies for their client engagements. He has led teams in conducting qualitative design research that applied human centered design frameworks to clients such as Sun Life, Globe Telecom, Johnson & Johnson, USAID, and The Fred Hollows Foundation.
Prior to Curiosity, Birdie worked as a user researcher at an industrial design startup, a brand manager for L’Oréal Philippines, and a lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University’s School of Management.
